I am a procrastinator. I always have been. If I have deadlines, I work and accomplish so much, but I'm horrid at placing those on myself. Nicole Smith not only helped me break down my huge dreams and goals, but she helped me to see what the best steps toward reaching those goals would be, complete with reasonable deadlines. She helped me flesh out the meat of my goals and make the best choices to best use my time and energy. Not only does Nicole help you set your plans in motion, she cheers you on as though you're crossing the finish line in first place every single time. She makes you feel so good about yourself, you feel you can fly! Without her, I never would have gotten my first course launched, and every time I need a cheerleader, and booster, I'm calling on her!
